What are graded products?
Graded products are items that can no longer be sold by the High Street retailers. These products include end of line/ discounted items, items with damaged packaging (Item may come in a Brown not original box), surplus stock and 28 day customer returns.
We ensure all products are technically tested by our Grade A certified technicians, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Before sale, all products undergo a comprehensive quality control process. In the majority of cases the item will be supplied with its original packaging and will be "as new" - the items we sell are not used. If the original packaging is not supplied we will supply other secure packaging to keep the products well protected in transit.
All products sold on carry a 1 Year Warranty provided by The Outlet Store (unless otherwise stated) along with a 30-day money back guarantee. Our guarantee on all of our products demonstrates our confidence in each and every product we sell.
Refurbishment Grades Explained.
Each product line is listed with a 'Condition/Grade' rating. The associated rating will be reflected in the price. Please see listed below all condition grades and descriptions.
New – Sealed Box
This means the product is brand new, un-opened and untouched. It will also come with a full original manufacture warranty.
A Grade
This means the product comes boxed 'as new', unused/unworn, with no marks or scratches unless otherwise stated. All accessories will be included.
B Grade
This means the item is 'like new' but might show some faint signs of wear/use including very slight marks. Accessories included.
C Grade
This means the item is fully functionally and has slight signs of use or minor scratches on the product. These will be shown on images. You can view our C-Grade stock on our clearance section.
*Serial Numbers
The manufacturer may or may not have removed the serial number on the product to void manufacturer warranty. This does not effect any functionality or performance of the products. This is why we provide a 1 year warranty on all of our products at The Outlet Store.
